some details:
157600 miles
The car has a minor accident shown on Carfax (happened in 2012)
only moved to PA for 1 month, the car spend its life in GA and VA for the past 12 years.
bought it about a year ago, did not expecting moving to pittsburgh at the time.
There is some surface rust on the frame (see pics below)
The front tires are worn out
Need an alignment as it wobbles a bit on the high way. (suspecting is caused by the caster, will get it checked in the next couple weeks)
Driver seat has a patch on the seat cushion(see pic below), other than that the interior is in great shape.
parking sensors are not working due to the front/rear bumper

Nice looking rig. Why did the transfer case need to be replaced?
sorry I didn't realized you are asking why it was replaced. As of the reason, I don't really know as it was replaced by the last owner. But the new one works perfectly fine.
 
Update,
I just installed:


Ideally, I would want to rise the price to $36K -$37K.
But I do feel like fixing the alignment and control arm cam tab are my responsibility anyway.
So I would keep the listing price as $35K, but it will be firm.
 
price drop to $30K obo.
I'm planning to list this on BaT or cars&bids in the next week or so.

That’s a really good price. I would not go any lower than that. Try listing on autotrader and cars.com as well.
