*Ok last guess... Measure the diameter of each of the steering wheels. Otherwise it's just gotta be binding in the linkage or box.

Appears to be a small shackle lift on the white Pig, but I don't see any caster shims on the front axle? This will cause the steering to change its 'feel' from stock, and can also cause some unwanted side affects, but the PO of the pig may have found a sweet spot.
*I would put $ on this - you have less caster angle on the albino pig. Take them both to an alignment shop and ask them to check caster. May as well have them check toe while you are there...
