Dang! Min order is 4 gallons @ $129! Anyone want to split an order?

Lowes, Home Depot, etc should have what you need in much smaller quantities.

W/ Rustoleum - I found that Canvas White (I believe) almost matches the factory off-white exactly. I painted my Pig with it and it came out pretty nice for a trail rig.

TJ,

At my shop, I also have everything you'd need. But here is what I would do.

1. remove the rack
2. get a good step ladder and us a DA sander (120 grit) to knock down the surface.
3. Go over it with 220 grit.
4. Use an epoxy primer (I use U-TEC on all my stuff, its good quality and is actually sandable vs. some of that other crap you see out there like OMNI /cringe)
5. After two coats of epoxy primer, hit it with a light coat and a heavy coat of high build and then block it down.
6. Hit it with a sealer (usually the highbuilds today can be reduced down enough, according to the spec sheets).
7. Base coat.
8. Clear coat.
9. Buff.
10. Enjoy.

That would be a fairly easy job, minus having sore arms working on the roof.

See ya,

dallas
