Looks nice, I would agree with doing something with the lift or tires. I have a set of stock rims in my forsale thread. 31's on the chromes, tires are almost bald. The 60 will preform much better if you drop the tire size to 31's or so.

Yo GearGuywb, we need to get together and do some biking, I have not had the opportunity to enjoy the trails since we moved here, and I REALLY need to break out the bike for use, not just looks....

anytime! I mentioned to the pres that we need a weekend get together in the Asheville area....camping and multiple mountain biking routes for those interested and the parkway and Biltmore for those wanting to take in the sights

I cannot figure out how to route my A/C compressor belt, anybody know where it goes? It does not appear in the Haynes Manual I have, and I have done a search for it but cannot find it anywhere???

No the FJ was not on craigslist, had it since mile 7, and don't plan on selling it anytime soon, it resides primarily in south asheville, but not on craigslist.

Sorry, I meant the FJ60. :bang: That's what I get for not being specific... BTW, both look great!

My bad, I don't know if it was on craigslist, but it was in the IWANNA, saw it after making an a$$ of myself calling about a Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 60, Transmission and Transfer Case in great condition, and reading it wrong thinking it was the entire vehicle, no just the transmission and transfer case, oh well so it goes.

Anyone happen to know anywhere in the WNC area to get your engine bay steam cleaned? Nobody seems to offer this service except apple tree honda, and they do it for their customers and I am not one of them. If anyone knows anywhere let me know, I have an engine mess on my hands, things not connected to things that i am sure there are things supposed to be connected to, all kinds of stuff.... But I want to try to get it cleaner than it is before trying to reach down into it......

I'd suggest a steam cleaner.

I thought of renting one for the big HAMON next month. So we could clean the axles and undersides before we tried to look for the bolts to remove.

Go get your oil changed there next time and tell them you want your engine steam cleaned. :D

I'd like to find one around here too. I could definitely use it!

ok, if anybody were interested I found a place that "shampoos" your engine bay, they are either mobile, or are located off Tunnel Rd South just past where you turn in to go to Haw Creek Rd. The name of the Business is M.A.R.S. I have no idea what they charge, I will find that out today when I call them. Their website is Mars International - Home so we'll see what they can do to help.....
