Funny thing happened today. Voltmeter is rhythmically bouncing up and down a very little bit. Happens with engine on or off, I pulled every fuse one by one, including my aftermarket fuses, and it still happens. The only one that affected it was the engine fuse, which made it worse. You think this is a related issue?
