I have a remote mount fuel filter system, including the mount and two new filters. This is the write up on the Perma Cool Website:
Perma-Cool® Fuel Filter/Water Separator Systems ensure delivery of clean and water-free fuel to your engine. Whether you use diesel, biodiesel, gasoline, E85, methanol, ethanol or gasohol, the 24,000 mile filter element filters down to 2 microns. Fuel additives are no problem either. All models withstand up to 90 PSI line pressure and are adaptable to automotive, industrial or marine applications. Low-profile, dual-ports filter mounts allow for easy installation in restricted spaces with multiple plumbing options.
The filter mount is used but in good condition. You will need to do your own hoses, but this is an easy install. I will include 2 brand new filter cartridges- these are huge, larger than most oil filters for size comparison. If you spend time in places where the fuel may be contaminated (Baja!), this filter system is invaluable.
