Since I've owned my 80 the front and rear passenger doors don't turn on the dome lights, or door courtesy lights.

Also if I unlock doors with the remote to put my son in his seat on the passenger side the doors re lock within 10 secs. I have to hit button again to get in any door.

I remember doing some troubleshooting and the door switches where good.

I just got a switch from a part out for my DS rear door and I'm still no luck getting the dome or courtesy lights to work with that one door. Rear hatch is no joy as well. Here is a thread I found discussing the same issue and a video on how to rebuild the switch vice replacing it.

Rear doors do not trigger dome lights

I may try to rebuild my old switch and see if I have any luck tomorrow. HTH.

Make sure the button on the inside of door is clean and tight. The courtesy lights could have a bad wire. I found my driver side passenger door light wire was spit. I traced it down and soldered back together. For the door locks I'd take advice of others.

For your locks, I would start by replacing your key fob.

It doesn't do it if I open the drivers side doors so the key fob is fine.
