Parking brake help and brake smell ?

Okay so I made some headway.

The brake light issue was due to the brake fluid being low...

Sorry, can't help with the brakes but I was going to suggest you check the fluid level. I've been caught out by that before myself; most recently in my 80.

Brake fluid level is okay.

Still not sure how to adjust the parking brake so that's its at full lock at 16 clicks...
