I’ve placed an order for a complete exhaust and was given an option for the 105 (inside frame rail) or standard 80. Can anyone report if the 105 exhaust fits the 80.

For reference I have 97 with the 1FZE.

Some initial searches tells me it works as one member ordered the 105 downpipe from parts souq

I have 105 series headers on my 80 routed inside the frame. Had to cut and turn the collector(they’re 6-1) up and in an inch and a half. Works well for me but it took some doing to make it happen. It’s a tight fit and you’ll want to heat insulate lots of things, especially if you plan to keep a cat in there, which I also did.

I have the same exhaust, didn't read anything about it being the 105 to get it over the frame rail.

Ordered it from here: LandCruiser 80 Series 4.5L1989–1997 | Pacemaker & King Brown Exhaust - https://bestmufflers.com/bshop/toyota/7932-toyota-landcruiser-80-series-fzj80r-45l-1fz-fe-19891997-pacemaker-headers-king-brown-exhaust-system-kb12015-hxmr.html

any noticeable change.

Not sure yet. The shocks are getting rebuilt at Icon, hence why you see it rocking all over the place in the video.

The sound is subdued while giving it a bit more character. I preferred the way it sounded before I put the muffler on but my wife has to potentially drive it too.

Well, the butt-dyno tells me it’s a little peppier. It might also have something to do with the cruiser going on a diet. Removed the spare tire carrier, the Jerry can holder, the ABS pump, LPSV,

It does have the Trans-go shift kit as well.

Waiting on @landtank supercharger…
