Just realized I never posted this one in the "Owners" thread. This would be Number 7, make these "rare" rigs stop surfacing!

0FJ25 20848L Maybe we'll call it the "Missing Link"

Peter nice 25...the top also has later 75 and newer hidges mounted on the back...very odd...i have seen many diferent odd thinks come from the toyoda plant. many bandys were about 2-3 years lagging behind the usa in "updating" the old tooling was still being used many years after a discontinued style...keeping toyota parts stock up. its very common to see 25/40 looking bandys. at the change over in 61 they were even comming out with the grill bars and bezel up to 62. Odd looking rigs...to us that is...BUT ...very COOL! Would love to see more pics Peter!

It is in excellent conditions and will be a frame off restoration. My other FJ25 is still in process with many mechanical issues still waiting to be solved.

See ya all

The vin number indicates this to be one of the very first 25's.
It is complete, but the top has been modernized, using parts of 1970 or later.

The engine is missing the head, but everything else is there.
I have many pics, but cant send them( missing a star). If anyone has a star let me know to send the pics.

My other 25 is in the process, but know that I have this one I can make the parts missing or eliminate the PO mods. I have already found a tranny, still looking for a front axle.

One will be topless and the other one hardtop.

See ya all

Very nice Peter. Now we have a great idea of how far back the t-bird and sript emblems on the aprons were used. I wonder if Cruiserguy still has a F105 head?

Can you put the pictures on your Yahoo album with the others?

Peter,

The marker lights don't belong. Otherwise you've got some of the very hard to find parts .

Where's the 4WD shifter? This one isn't 2WD also? ;p

Foxfab has new dash plaques to replace those washed out ones for you.

You've also got the rare non-hubcap original wheels. ;)

Nice km/h speedo and vacuum wipers also, Great Find!
