New clutch master, since mine started leaking on my shoes as I drove.

Replaced plugs, as I think they needed replacement, since I was smoking at startup on cold days. I think I have the wrong replacement plugs. The timer shuts off the relay almost instantly with these replacements. Will get my old ones back in to see if it still does that. I found two part number for the plugs, but have no idea which ones suit my truck. My truck is 24v and there are plugs with a ton of voltage specs. I may just order a set of what was in there, since they were working fine way back when.

I suffer the same with my 3B, i just assumed the water temp guage isnt working well or the relays are just....well, 40 years old now. So i end up cycling the glow system 4-5 times on cold days and just sitting in my truck while it glows for like 1 minute. lol

Maybe ive just picked the wrong plugs. Would be curious to hear what you end up finding out.

Also where did you get those plastic plug caps?? One of mine broke off but im still rocking 3/4 of the OEM one from when it was built. I have to be so careful now that the plastic is very brittle.

Hey, yeah, sorry, I forgot to update the thread. I did order the right plugs afterwards. I have the superglow system, and I needed, according to the book, the 14volt plugs. The system works perfectly, glowing for about 10 seconds, and the truck starts perfectly. The plastic caps came from Partsouq.

Toyota diy lists all plug options. Once you figure what system your truck has, such as super glow in my case, you can get the right part numbers and find the right plugs.

Found an old timer in town that agreed to do my headliner. I have been scheduled. Once headliner is in, this truck should just about be complete, I think. I may buy those rear cargo panels from @AdventureLab, but I think that is it.
Now, just enjoying it. Obviously, winter has it garaged, but this is the northeast.

At headliner shop, finally. Will post some pics of the work, if the shop agrees to take some.

Yes, which is why I didn't want to do it myself. I dealt with that before. Didn't want to go through that again.

Some progress pics. Now, the truck is almost complete. I have to address the brand-new fuel level sender, it's not giving me accurate readings, but I think that's it. New headliner should make for a nicer feel.
