Did anybody experience the slider tapping the pinch weld when you hit big bump? Rear driver's side is touching the body pinch weld. This is really bad when i have full load inside the cabin. Have 3 people and about 500-600 lbs of cargo today and it was hitting really bad.
Never have but never hit a really hard road with that much weight inside... Might be time for new body mounts?

Possibly. After all the truck is 15 years old.

I would try shimming top of the frame u-bolt backing plate temporarily to tilt the slider down.

This confuse me for a while. I though my rear shock is blown and i hit bump stop a lot.
I was concerned when i install it. The gap are just too small but it did not make noise before.

Yeah, I noticed same. Very very slight contact after running a trail, so I did a jack test and rear arms ( it gussseted) make clear contact where-as fronts (gusseted) don't.
Posted my observations here....

I noticed a weird vibration rattle within a couple weeks of install; I too was thinking shocks but this makes me think that's the culprit...

Yep its touching on both side. This is after trying to lower the slider as much as I can.

About 1/4" gap on both side. There are less than 1/16 before i adjust it.

I'm just not convinced the "specially engineered rear leg", see above response somewhere RE: why it's not gusseted, (I assume that means rotation of the square tube slightly askew) does NOT afford the requisite strength a gusset would provide. The brake-pressed edges of the foot add strength to that piece, yes, but I do not think rotating the leg off square from angle of load provides the same strength the front gusseted leg has.

Yeah, i'd like to lower my rear as much as possible too, looks like that would match where the front it, but I need to give it a little time too. I think I'm still traumatized from the install...

The adjusment took me less than half an hour both side. I do agree the install is the worst i have done to my truck.

The angled rear bracket does improve moment of inertia of the tube by spreading up down force over taller cross section. It just suck it reduce clerance to the pinch weld.

I still think it could use a gusset too....
