I’m doing louvers too, got em from eBay for 105.00 shipped. Mild steel, comes with stainless hardware and backing plates. I’ll install em next week. Brand is “Simpson offroad” and very nice quality. I’ll point them and take em off for powdercoat. They have a Big Center one too, if I think it needs some t after some testing with these.

Since this thread has one hell of a bump...I figured that I would comment in regards to how the OP installed his.

Before you cut out the pattern, drill your bolt holes. The sheet metal of the hood will flex less and the louvre will lay flatter with more accurate hole locations. Cheers.

I got a set of rod's louvers that I never used if anyone is interested. Cool product, and Rod is a real guy you can talk to on the phone (!), not too pricey either.

Is it the same setup as what started the tread? What are you asking for them if you still have them
