onboard air ? viair ?

Hi, i am considering a viair system for my cruiser, looked in facs and search here and the 40 section, also google it looking for some reviews. none,,, so my question is is anyone running a viair air compressor and are you happy with it ? was the install easy, just whatever info ya got ... i want a multi- use one to run my arb and fill tires etc .. im looking at the 400cc one part #10005..

I've been running a 400 for about 2yrs...no issues to report, other then it works

A buddy is running another brand that is also 100% duty, but it puts out more CFMs and it's cheaper...like 1/2 price.
I'll try and get the manufacturer info. for you this week.

I am getting ready to install a VIAIR Constant Duty OBA Onboard Air System with 450C Air Compressor & 2.5 Gallon Tank. Has anyone else used this setup ? Looking to see where other folks have mounted the compressor and tank. I'm thinking about putting the compressor under the drivers seat. I'm going to use this for tires, lockers, and blowoff/ light tool use.

@FJ40 MNTCRZR Might want to check this 12v Puma out. It''s not a Viair, but It's a damn fine compressor and a reasonable price. Author of the provided link needs no intro to most long time mudders. I got no complaints with mine after 10 yrs. Mounted in the back of my 80. You can run it with or without tank or a divorced tank.

I'm running Pumas in my 60 and 80. The one in the 60 has seen a lot of use over the years.
