"old school" tires?

Power King Premium Traction 7.00-15LT 7.50-16LT 9.00-16LT

Power King Super Traction II 7.00-15LT 7-.0-16LT

Power King still makes a couple of their "old school" tires. I recall as a kid seeing a lot of 4x4s running their Premium Traction tires (top). They also make some that were all chevron pattern, but it appears it's no longer made. These looked like streetable tractor tires.

Has anyone bought these? Are the Biasply? Wonder how well these work given most tires are radial?
