Got home a little early today so I finished getting the brackets off . Welded up the holes and working on the upper link mount for the front . I have a set of motor mounts but I need to figure out placement first.

Looking good. I’ve been home all day and I didn’t do anything to mine. You need to come over here for a few weeks.Got home a little early today so I finished getting the brackets off . I’m going to have to repaint my entire front end now.

I know what you mean. My inner frame was the worst and it seemed like it was saturated in gear oil and/or had contaminants inside of the steel. Your welds look good to me!These frames are so hard to get a nice clean weld on . I am far from a professional welder but for whatever reason the frames just are hard to get a clean weld . I don’t think it will fall apart but I want it to look good
I’ve also felt that way too. No matter how much I prep the metal either. These frames are so hard to get a nice clean weld on . I am far from a professional welder but for whatever reason the frames just are hard to get a clean weld . I don’t think it will fall apart but I want it to look good
60 Tundra is 36 spline Yep i could pay 4500 and get a tig or i could pay 100 and drink a cold drink while i watch someone weld them in .And those are ? 60, 14 bolt, open enough for 40 spline shaft ? You need a tig.
