I seem to be leaking oil from these bolts along the passenger side of the engine, what can I do to fix this?

It looks to me the oil is coming from above and right. There is an o-ring on the dizzy body shaft that can go bad and leak, trail might be hidden in pic by the dizzy body. The 2 big bolts hold the oil pump I think. Re torque them. Do not take them both out at the same time.

So how much blow by does your engine have? Is the PCV working? Does your oil smell like gas.

Maybe do an oil UV dye test to see where its actually weeping from.

Dipstick tubes can loosen up

Those are just pressed in like the dip stick tubes so they can loosen up and leak. I used a bead of Toyota FIPG 103 sealant on the rim edge of the tube then pressed it in firmly and let it sit undisturbed for 24hrs. Depending on year there should be a band near the middle that attaches to the valve lifter cover to aid in keeping it secure in place (see pic).

Another thing, do you have a PCV system on your rig? If so, make sure the valve is functioning (it should rattle when shaken). If not, then you might consider getting a fill tube that has one ( don’t remember years but Spector Offroad website can steer you in the right direction). The reason I ask is an issue with blow-by (engine age, ring issues/failures) is often indicated by these type of oil leaks because of the overpressure in the crankcase from the excess blow-by. But at a minimum better sealing the tube/block interface may be sufficient without me adding additional stress for you wrt a blow-by issue 😳😂.

I have what is remaining early 61 FJ40. It has the PCV off the oil fill tube. The FJ25 didn't have a PCV. Those just had draft tube off the oil fill and slits in the valve cover.
