Oil leak inside of the distributor????

The back of your dizzy looks like the one in the thread withnthe oild and gunk build up.

If its on the inside the O-ring aint the problem you gotta change the distributor.

It is an easy fix you have to buy the O-ring from Toyota. There may be others but This is one of the times you need to go there. It is about $15 I just got one yesterday. Get her real clean mine looks terrible right now but today is cleaning day.

I've been pleased, after changing that O-ring, to find how much oil I'm not leaking anymore. I had a drop or two of oil that had collected inside at the bottom of the dizzy housing when I pulled it off, but I'm not concerned about that. Your picture leads me to believe a lot of your leaking issue will be solved by the O-ring, although, fjz80boy's post makes sense.
