two garage door openers

I have two Craftsman chain drive garage door openers, part #53989 new in box never opened, that I purchased for my previous house somewhere around 2005 and never installed. They've been sitting in my basement since then. Will sell for $100 each or trade for the right cruiser novelty/part. PM me if interested.

1997 Land Cruiser rear axle - Complete disc to disc but without calipers.

Full Float, heavy duty, 9.5" ring gear, open (non-elocker), truck had 92K miles which for TLC's is like new :)

^Can this be turned into a front axle? Anyone know? I know it's been done with a semi float but not sure about a FF. Would be great to have a 9.5 up front instead of the puny 8.
 
i just read slee wrote something about breaking there 9.5 in the front of there blue ultimate adventure rig. I think they were 80 axles so I believe they made it work somehow.

I don't think so. You need the diff offset to be on the passenger side and that would mean rotating the axle so the diff would then run in a high pinion position requiring reverse cut 9.5" gears

Yeah that's right. Forgot about that. The SF has a diff cover so you can swap sides. So I would need a SF.

Yeah they did and it was a 80 center section in a Diamond axle housing.
 
Anyone interested in the 60 I posted a couple weeks back? Needs to be picked up in CT, nice set of 33" BFG/MT's, wheels, CCOT HFS lift, nice running 2F, and all body panels, transmission, everything else that comes with a nice truck with a crappy frame. $1200 obo, pick her up.
 
Damn dude sorry you have to sell it. Nice cruiser. Seems like a lot around here are selling there 80's.
 
i dont have too, im lazy. no ones biting so chances are ill drive it down to pa. maybe pay to get it hauled if its not too much more expensive.
 
Where in PA? I'm going down early June out near Indiana, might have an empty trailer going down, no solid plans in place yet though...
 
4 15X8 steel wheels, 3.5 inch backspacing, 6 X 5.5 lug pattern. These arent perfect with some minor rock rash. I would like to get $50 for the set. Located in Northern RI.

 
So all those have the same suspension setup?
