Anyone interested in a white 1991 FJ80? Good frame, little surface rust on one or two doors, little rust where the rear mudflaps attached to the body. Running, driving, well maintained by an owner of a NAPA store. Turnkey driver or wheeler. 350,000 miles, but runs like a champ.

Alright so here is the deal. I haven’t been able to get into the garage to work on this thing. It was supposed to be finished shortly after my daughter was born and she is now 3 ½. I have too many projects going right now so I’m entertaining the idea of parting out my wheeling rig. Below is a list of parts. Before I part this out I need to have the frame and body sold and paid for before anything else gets sold. That way if I end up keeping it I’ll still be able to put it together. All parts located in Whitinsville MA.
$1,000 – Frame and body set up for spring over, FJ60 axles width in the front FJ40 width in the rear. Stretched to a 103 wheel base. Includes, frame, tub, bib, transmission tunnel, hood, and fenders (with speed holes), steering column and pedal assembly. Set up for SBC engine. Includes front bumper and winch plate (delivery possible within reason)
$50 – Saginaw Steering box
$150 – 4x4 Labs Steering shaft
$1,300 – SOA FJ60 Axles. Spring perch width is FJ60 front and FJ40 in rear. Longfields, with drive flanges. 4x4 labs high steer arms,Hubs have been drilled for the additional pins. BTF diff cover in rear. Aussie Locker in the front and mini spool in the rear. No brakes on either axle. Knuckles have been rebuilt.
$1,200 – 38x12.5x15 TSL on black wheels. Tons of tread.
$350 – Chevy 350 TBI with factory wiring and computer. I never got to stripping down the harness completely. Has about 150k miles and ran great came out of a 91 GMC ¾ ton conversion van.
$200 – Trail Gear Steering Ram with hydraulic lines
$400 – Custom built roll cage built out of 1.75 .120 wall DOM.
$250 – 9000lb Superwinch EPI9000 with Rockstomper aluminum fairlead and 80 ft of synthetic rope.
$250 – Corbeau suspension seat (grey vinyl).
$75 – blue racing 5point harnesses (2 seats)
$50 – Rear seat from a Wrangler (grey)
$75 – Half door project best used for an offroad truck. Could use door bottoms.
$40 – FJ40 Shackles dog bone style (2)
$50 – New FJ60 Rotors

Note the body and frame must be sold first before I sell anything else. The Buyer has dibs on anything else.
