Think steve from south east overland sells maxtrax.
He's been a previous sponsor and a good guy to deal with.

Thanks for the tip, Steve has a set and can get out Monday JIT. I mentioned YT, and surprisingly he he didn't hang up ;)

Ha Ha, Steve is good people and it's been nice to watch his business grow.
I'm glad it worked out for you and he didn't hang up...lol

Can't you use roll bar padding? :meh:

Nada man, sorry. I'm sure I hid them somewhere . When I'm lookin for something else I'll find them...

Thanks for looking Josh. You'll probably find them with my fuel door lock and all the other parts we can't find.

Wrench - Can't you use roll bar padding? :meh:

I could, but it wouldn't match the other oem pads already on there. I like the old oem bits.

Oh I understand. Keep searching...

Going to do a formal for sale post soon with pics, but i'm looking at getting rid of the land cruiser.. its just too big for the wife to drive/get into/use at all, and we're looking at buying a new suv, so this has got to go.
Was Sporin's rig before i bought it 2 years ago. 1993 FZJ80 with 24x,xxx miles on it. bunch of PM work recently done as well as Transmission solonoids, starter contacts, all new front end bearings/seals, new tie rod and ends... I'll make a formal list later, but figured i'd post it here first as the rig is known around here.
Taking offers, title in hand, etcetc

Swap 3 inch coils for stock ones and slap 31 on and problem solved. And you save money.

Coils, shocks, lca bushings, stock wheels/tires. Anything else I'd really need? Do the sway bar links get changed when going up 3"?

Forgot about the LCA. Sway bars don't normally need to be changed.
The thing is it is better to sell it in stock form. It is hard to sell a modified rig. It's too bad. This rig needs a home where it will stay for a long time. It's like an unloved child.

so the castor correction bushings don't need to be swapped back to stock?

I would think they would need to be as you would have to much castor. But Landtank would know better.
