Hey, I finally awoke from my pandemic slumber, and thought I would check MUD. Hope everyone is doing well!
Two things:
1. I'm searching for a quick-setup hard shell rooftop tent that sleeps 4. The two usual suspects are the Roofnest Condor XL and the iKamper SkyCamp 2.0. I have a few good prospects lined up on FB Marketplace but before I pull the trigger on any of them I thought I would check and see if anybody on MUD has one of these for sale (or a comparable hardshell tent). If so, let me know, I might be interested...!
2. I'm selling my ARB Series III Simpson rooftop tent and it's corresponding annex room. It's been lightly used and well taken care of. Both items together are $900 mud price, ($1,000 if I have to deal with the general public). Pictures of both items can be seen in my ad for the camping trailer from a few years ago...

NOTE: this is only for the tent and the bonus room/annex. I've decided to keep the trailer.
If you're interested, I can assure you that there is nothing wrong with the ARB tent, I'm simply selling it because I need something that can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids and is super quick to setup and break down. Unfortunately the ARB is closer to a 2-3 person tent and since it is a soft-shell it takes a little longer to setup. We'll be taking a 3-4 week road trip this summer to visit the national parks out west and we'll be setting up and breaking down practically ever other night. The speed factor of being able to setup 1 tent for the whole family in a matter of minutes is super appealing to me. If it wasn't for the specific needs of this trip I probably wouldn't be selling the ARB.
Anyway, let me know if anyone is interested or if you have any questions.

I will likely be going to get one in a week or two. The 80 will be going into a body shop in May at which point that snorkel, an ARB front and rear bumper and a set of unknown brand sliders will be removed and up for sale. I'll post more with pics when that happens.

I have a friend looking for an FJ43/BJ42 and he is currently looking on BAT. I told him it might be safer to look somewhat locally or on mud classifieds. If anyone has any leads, please let me know. He is looking to spend 30k-35k or more for the right one.

There is a nice option avail in Winston. Haven’t seen it in years but was clean and well kept by a school of arts professor I believe.
I believe this is it but thought it was 35.
Also a bj41 instead. Does RHD matter to him?

I believe he would prefer LHD but I'll send it to him, thanks. I sent him @izzyandsue thread about his 43 because he was also looking to import himself or buy one from a dealer that was imported from South America (or BAT, but told him the prices would most likely be inflated), but he was worried about title issues and registering in NC.
