Memorial Park 🤣

I appreciate that 👏😂 Wouldn’t say I broke down as I could have driven the LX there, but it was easier and less hassle to tow it.

It is getting a new actuator installed and the OTT tune. After that I’ll install the Hewitt secondary air pump delete kit since the shop wouldn’t install the tune with the kit on.

Thank you! They’re custom from a guy down in Atlanta area. If you’re interested I can send you his info.
I have had my kit on for several years and just got the tune done about 10 days ago. They didn't even ask or question anything. Weird that they wouldn't do it after the kit was installed.

I was somewhat surprised too. The shop said they don’t want to, nor do they want to expose OTT to any sort of issue with the EPA.

Finally got my James Baroud pop up tent installed onto the car, ready for adventure.. The kids are pumped as you can see!

I installed two relatively heavy duty Yakima THD crossbars, do you think I need to install a third in the middle? I have noticed that the tent has a slight “flex” in the middle when the kids were all bouncing around in it yesterday.

I ended up going the crossbar route instead of a platform, as we are very often putting surfboards on the car, which sucks with a platform. Tent will be on and off when needed once I build a hoist system into the carport in the picture.

The new crossbars sit higher than I am used to, 2m on the nose, and the AHC will be getting used every time I drive into my “2m height limit” car parks at work each day! Thank god for AHC!

Yea....I like the front and rear bumper setup. Simple and clean. If it is TKO, I already have their sliders. Good stuff.
Thank you! Bumpers are custom work from a guy just outside of Atlanta. The goal was a nice clean install that provides strength and clearance. The sliders are TKO which are also quality.

Probably has to do with being in Virginia. Crazy strict stuff there. Montana is a little more relaxed and pro citizen.
Definitely and unfortunate.

Alright first post with my "new" 17 LX 570. First step in this overhaul was wheels and tires. I went with Vossen HF-7 in Gloss Black 22" and Falken's new Wildpeak AT4W All Terrains 285/45/22. I think it turned out great. More to come on this ride. Things I want to do inside and out is chrome delete, paint correction with ceramic coating or ppf, exhaust, JL subwoofer swap, remote start, car play...to name a few. Hope you all enjoy.

Looks good! Making me rethink going from the stock 21s to 17s in order to put on AT4Ws for snow, but I think I'll keep the 17s I bought. I wish Falken made those tires in 21".

I’ve got both 17s and 21s. The 17s with 285/70 AT3w are great off road, but only marginally better in snow.

I'm thinking of keeping the 21s for now. They have M+S tires not them but I don't have a desire to do a test. I was pretty happy with my AT3Ws on my 200 when I had it. I suspect with how good these vehicles are in the snow with their electronic systems, the tire choices don't show the improvement they do on other vehicles.
