not a sexy shot but...

year: 1993
lift: OME-j front and back, unknown small spacer up front
shocks: racho 9k adjustables
spacing: looks like 1.25" of add'l spacing between hubs and rims
mods: (new since this pic) caster correction - the arms are nearly level now, noticable difference in handling improvement
wheels: 17" tundra/sequioa rims
tires: 37 x 12.5 x 17 KM2's, but taller since rim is narrower than most 12" tire rims

i need: front bumpstop extensions, as it will rub on drops with speed, or sharp turns under load into ditches.

Anymore pics from front and side. I have the same wheels, slee 4" in front and j's in rear. Wanting to go up from 315's.

i don't have many of my truck, sorry.

here's a shot someone took from the front (mine is 2nd truck from left):

the 80 at left has a 6" lift, the brand that drops the mounting points of the front arms lower from the frame/original spot, I can't recall who. we were was kinda shocked when they sat at about the same height - and i told him i figure the J's are only about 3.5" since i have so much weight on the truck. you can see it in the diff's his is a lot closer to the ground due to the smaller tires, yet, he does have a lot more up-travel room than me (why front bumpstops are on my list)

side - rear shot

this is post caster correction up front (the wheel would have more of a tilt when turning before) and with several hundred pounds more weight (IPOR sliders and IPOR skid plate)

40's are really the first size of tire that looks "big" on an 80. It is so wild how the vehicle swallows up tires optically. It is a pig that needs all the tire it can get though! I ordered 38.5x11-16 boggers this past Saturday. I'll post up when I get them on.

Extreme mall wheeling shot just for Nay. Proof that 40's can handle the parking lots.

I doubt seriously that you made it home. The 80 on 37's probably had to tow it.

^^^love the red with no flares.

Oh and Nay, I made it home without issue. Almost got stuck at the tricky 4 way stop while exiting the mall parking lot but thanks to quick thinking and lockers I made er out.

That front driver side tire is now retired and going along for a sight seeing ride on the back of my rig.

For the guys that can stuff a 37 perfectly. What are your outside of tire to outside of tire measurements? I think I have read where guys were giving backspacing for the wheels they were running but some of us might not be running stock axles. Any help would be appreciated. Nice looking rigs btw!
