I'm considering some extra lights on my mostly-stock 62. When I drive in the mountain passes or forest service roads, I could really use a bit more light, even with the scratch-built lighting circuit harness and H1/H4 housings. There are a ton of LED options, and I know the crisp blue/white light they cast is amazing. My Leaf has OEM LEDs and when I switch to my LC, it's like I'm wearing sunglasses. But...
I really like the old-school look of the big round rally-type housings. And IMO, mixing light types just looks a bit off. so, are there any affordable halogen off-road light kits still worth buying for their performance?
