They are like all weather rubber mats. Are they a fabric/trunk material type finish, or are they hard plastic?
I am still waiting for these from Lexus to be made available too.

@wannaBEE Can you share how you tapped into those wires for your radio. Unable to find the previous post by oakleyguy and I would love to know if they are a couple of spade connectors or I will need to cut and splice. Anyone know if there is a connector to get from toyota/Lexus to make my fridge/radio/compressor power connection a super clean install?thank you yet again @turbo8. got my ham radio mounted in there today - oddly enough my large wires are hot all the time, even with ignition off. i am wondering if the harness somehow has a defeat relay that connects with the two smaller wires and the compressor unit. regardless, i sincerely appreciate all the help!

Thanks @Oakleyguy that straight on shot of the connector shows what I need to get this done. I am making a pigtail about 4’ long that will connect to that plug and end in an anderson plug (my preferred common connector). It will sit coiled in the compartment with the jack so I can access it occasionally for the fridge, compressor, charging portable power pack, battery, etc. Here you go:
And looky here, GX is indeed prewired for a tire inflator.

There appears to be a lot of space behind the driver side interior panel.

I left a request on the website for this business https://findpigtails.com/ just to see if they can find it. We really just need the plug with a bit of wire to solder to, I will report back once I get any info. Thanks @Oakleyguy that straight on shot of the connector shows what I need to get this done. Anyone able to make these pigtails using the proper toyota/Lexus plug? Seems like a great option for those of us that need access to a high amp power outlet in the rear of the GX550.
I ended up making a Frankenstein-ish harness using male spades and 3M electrical tape for isolation.I left a request on the website for this business https://findpigtails.com/ just to see if they can find it. I will end up doing the same no doubt, minus the 3m branded tape, don’t think I have any of that. I wanted to give the vast collective knowledge of the internet a chance to assist in doing this “the best way” before I proceed.I ended up making a Frankenstein-ish harness using male spades and 3M electrical tape for isolation.
The smaller wires if I recall are for ignition signal and illumination. Was thinking I might mask it off and use hot glue to create a sort of plug around the spade connectors so it can be connected/disconnected more than once.
So you didn’t use the smaller wires, just the two main larger size with spades. Any idea what those smaller wires are for? Does the OEM compressor use them? Would it be can-bus communications or a relay? Someone must have the wiring diagram.
So if you don’t need to do anything with the ignition wire to get your power then it must control a relay in the compressor itself while the two larger cables are live all the time? The smaller wires if I recall are for ignition signal and illumination. The heavy gauge wiring is constant 12V.

If they are live even when the ignition is off I wonder if there are any cutoffs or controls to prevent me from running the start battery down and potentially leave me stranded. Need that wire diagram and some sort of knowledgeable Lexus technician to tell us I suppose.
I did get a response from the pigtail finders and I have asked him to proceed with the search to see if he can find it. Might cost a bit but maybe with more sales volume it comes down. See screen shot of the message from David Shireman, their email is support@findpigtails.com. I’ll see what he comes up with.

That is a good point about the relay and I remember that about the ARB compressor I had previously. I will be mostly be using a fridge which is more continuous than a compressor and I am planning to use this power to charge a battery that runs the fridge. So switching on/off with ignition will work best for me. The fridge draws max 3.5 amps and cycles on and off as needed and it is something I leave running while away from the vehicle, I will figure out a relay. This will be a lot like a regular dual battery setup.Yes you should wire in a control relay and switch for your air compressor; ARB's default kits include this. There are no low voltage protections on the constant 12V, only the 50A fuse; I've confirmed this via the wiring diagram (my TIS has expired since).
That said, you should not run an air compressor with the truck turned off.
Now adding more context. For my fridge I just ran it off the constant 12v with no switching as my old arb has low voltage protection built in.That is a good point about the relay and I remember that about the ARB I had previously. Need to think more on the best way to set this up for my other accessories that will use it.
…only the 50A fuse;…
I see the 50 amp entry in the fuse box legend under the lid but I don’t recognize the type of fuse used here. If I do blow this fuse is this blue box (see the 50-30-40 on the cover in the photo attached) replaced as a unit or is this a breaker that resets or something else? I am trying to cover all the angles here before I make this pigtail and I can include a fuse inline if required. I also want to have a spare on hand if the 50 amp in the fuse panel is a specialized piece. Let me know what info you have on this thanks

Ok, an update. I got the parts and tore into the back of the GX ready to install this afternoon and guess what- no plug to be found. I double checked the fuse box and there is a metal connector behind the 50 amp fuse which means it goes somewhere! Thanks @Oakleyguy that straight on shot of the connector shows what I need to get this done. This may be a model variation since it looks like yours is the Luxury model? It should be in that same harness that your third row seat is powered by. I doubt it, but maybe the circuit was repurposed for the thirdrow?
Pulled the 50/30/40 fuse labelled for the Tire Inf and the 3rd row seats power raise/lower still works.Pull that fuse and see if your third row works.
