Odd voltage readings

Idle at the battery i see 13.7-14 volts but at the fuse panel, on the ac/heater fuse, i see 14.2+-. this doesnt make any sense at all.

It used to read the same at both points until i moved the battery to the drivers side and grounded the neg on the battery on the alternator bracket. Putting the ground near alternator allowed super cranking power. I dont understand why the readings can differ so much. If it read less on the fuse then that would make some sense but almost .5 more? Wtf

Personally, I don't see a problem.
