To be clear, these kits are not simply LED bulbs but are complete kits (high quality bulbs, custom made backing plates, additional wiring to enhance grounding and reliability). These kits do not utilize adhesive tape that will eventually fail.

Every component between your original dome light housing and plastic lens will be custom fabricated and new.

I just got mine in the mail yesterday. Easy to install and I appreciate the work put into making something like this bolt-on, ready to go. It is well worth the money compared to the time that you would need to put into researching parts and making this work on your own. Super bright and i'm sure less pull on the battery. I'll post pictures on my build thread as soon as I get caught up.

I've been dragging a treble light around for working on the interior at night, not anymore. I bought the cargo area and dome, here they are both lit up last night.

The shop is currently working on a 40/45 Series LED dome light kit.

For a little more money he could have gotten a RHD. : )
 
To respond to a couple of enquiries..... Both dome lights (front & cargo) are available for the 60 Series. The shop is also working on a prototype for the OEM light in the 40/45 Series.
