Looks like it was a very nice day! Majorly bummed I couldn't make it...

It was a GREAT day...Cool, clear skies, great scenery great people.
It was nice to meet and wheel with some new people!
I was shocked to see that we had 11 rigs for this lil run!
John's portal axel 80 is a BEAST! Looks soooo bad ass...
Hats off to you on that build!
My passenger Patrick had a BLAST! It was a real treat for him to get out with us, as he is 17, new to wheelin and wanting to build SOMETHING!
Just gotta get him off of the HEEP thing!
Krokar...Glad you made it home OKAY...

Thanks for a great day all!

I forgot the camera, so I got NO PICS!

Jack and Espressodan...Wish you guyz could have been there!

Mike...Id love to wheel with you some day! Ive heard the tales of your expert driving, and would love to see it first hand!

Keith,

She's the second from the cox (leader, in the back of the boat).
The photo was taken as they approach the dock. By then the race was over.
it was a blast.

Nice pics from the link as well! Looks like a beautiful day down there too!
How did they place?
How fast do they get going?
Is it just one race, or are there a couple?

I know NOTHING about this sport, so Im just curious!

A little thread hijack.
They did well. They came in 3rd in there category (Master Novice).
The event started around 9am and it ran until 3pm. All sorts of rowers were there. From novices to pros. From young to old. It was huge.

Alvaro

To those that posted pictures, WOW is all I can say. Looks like a good time was had by all. Thanks for posting those and the links.

Pretty SWEET, plotting the photos with the route!

Thanks for posting
That must have been a great deal of effort to do all those!

It was nice to wheel witchas!

K

It was more effort than it should have been, I'll look for a shortcut next time.

That was a fun ride, inspired me to finally start in on my pig.

wondering why no one posted more pics of this run, even though it was cursed from the start, it was a lot of fun! PICS PICS PICS! Even though I had to do the baja 10 down the mountain to rescue Dan and his crew, my ride along did not enjoy the ride down the mountain, everytime I picked up the mic to talk to someone she was squeeling like a jr. high school girl...
