OAUSA Summer Fest 2011

Join us for the annual Outdoor Adventure Summer Fest in Big Bear.

This year it will be held June 24-26 coinciding with Amateur Radio Field Day. There will be multiple stations setup to compete on the HF radio frequencies. All are welcome to partake in the action, even if you do not have a ham radio license.

Amateur radio testing will be available if you wish to get your license or upgrade to a higher class.

There are also some runs planned for Friday evening and Saturday.

Not many So Cal 80's members signed up yet. It's a great event and there are plenty of free camping spots nearby if the big group thing is not your cup o' tea or money is tight. There is something for everyone at BorregoFest! BTW You can pay a small day fee and use the facilities if you are camping off site. Hot showers, laundry, pool and general store!
