Hi,

1FZ-FE 1996 here!

I'm hunting my Consumption issue and seem its the O2 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 but what I'm trying to figured is that is it the Sensor itself or the harness that goes to the the ECM.

Here is the sign: on the OBD2 live Data the Reading of the O2S1B1 is 0.00 Volt even if I increase the RPM to 3K. But on the Multimeters I did the test of the heater wires of the sensor itself its read 13, which seem fine! So can the heather section still work and the sensor itself is broken?

Thank you in advance!

Not sure. But a replacement sensor isn't that expensive. And its easy to replace. Get the studs and nuts from toyota and the sensor from your local auto parts store. Check my thread for details on the sensor. Some work and some don't. Replace it cause it probably needs to be anyway and then see if that solves your problem. If it doesn't you know its the wire.
