Look at the pictures closely - They might have taken the body off the frame but it's far from a "frame off". It is cheap however. Probably some considerable issues under the veil.

I know it is more to get vehicles shipped from Seattle to Anchorage. I suspect it's cheaper to go southbound because the barges are mostly empty. Not much going southbound.
