All of my vehicles are stabled in a community garage so I lack the space/tools personally and quite frankly do not have time to schedule professional removal (or would be interested in fronting those costs without guarantee of sale-such as full vehicle payment or a sizable "non-refundable" deposit). Original seats can in fact be negotiated as part of any deal.

Price reduced to $37.5k obo for my fellow IH8 members (advertised higher elsewhere). Want gone this week as replacement scheduled to be delivered next week. Clean and clear title in hand for fast and easy transaction and sale. Will cover shipping to anywhere in the CONUS once deal made and finalized.
Interested. Does this mean the 3rd row seats are included and you have them or not? I'm just not following the odd wording here.

3rd row seats are available and can be thrown in if a deal is made. Was saying not interested in and/or have time to remove drawer system prior to vehicle sale. Hope was able to in fact provide some clarification. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
Has every option except BSM, premium stereo, adaptive cruise, cooler box, and rear seat entertainment package - so exactly what options does it have? And do you have a breakdown of the 17,500 in modifications? Thank you.

'13+ LX570s are pretty well equipped before checking off or adding options (comparatively to their siblings the GX460). Can see if can procure a factory window sticker listing all factory options if not overly familiar with platform and standard equipment. As for list of modifications-they are/were listed comprehensively in original ad. Are you asking and requesting a line item "cost breakdown" of the modifications to get to the $17.5k figure?

RE: Original dealer/window sticker (with options) attached.
Wheel locks and accessory mat. “Basically loaded.” Got it.
Missing the Luxury package , Mark Levinson and PCS. Which may or may not be deal breakers for some people. But w/o Luxury package hard to call fully loaded. Gotta have the heated steering wheel in the Northern US though!
It also has glass breakage sensors
People are just picky - Has some nice mods that the builder crew would like, but perhaps LX 570 buyers want more luxury than build. Who knows right now. Market just really tamped down with interest rates up so we are in a weird spot where someone that would cash buy this can probably cash buyer something newer. Mods only add value for the right buyer, and there are just less of them right now.
