Can anyone tell me something about Northern Industrial Tools? For instance, where made, quality?

The house brand stuff is sort of like a Harbor Freight, but I think they are a little higher quality. A similar place I like dealing with is Enco Enco - Guaranteed Lowest Prices on Machinery, Tools and Shop Supplies

For limited use/stored in the truck/going to break anyway tools I consider Northern Tool.

Cheap, and built like it. But, cheap tools have their place.
