Mine were squeaky and Clunky too, but I thought the squeak was coming for the UCA.
Anyway ARB stood behind their product and reputation and I thank them for that.
My new setup is silent and works really well. Happy camper here.

Nice choice and you know the ICONS can be rebuilt because I did a thread on it!

Well long story short, I have switched to the Dark side with a full Icon stage V.

Why is Icon the darkside? I would have thought they are Jedi's!

They ran me $2500 for 2.5s RR CDC front and rears on cyber monday 20% off. Which is pretty much same price as BP51s.

No squeaks or clunks here since I replaced mine last Spring.
I’m so pleased with them now.

They're out of my tax bracket. I know that much.
sell a plastic bike or two - I know those have great margins built in - I own one

poly bushings squeak like no ones business when it gets cold out. As Arich mentioned Id go after your bushings where your main bolt is that attaches the ucs onto your truck. to really get it good you have to loosen that bolt so you have room to get grease on the face of the bushings, there's washers on either side of the bushing - not easy but worth the effort.

Arich what was the solution here? I am reading back through this but figured I would reach out while I do. I shot an email to ARB tech and have yet to hear back. Mine were fine for a while but now is beyond unbearable...Either needs to be resolved or time for these to go.

Curious which side are most having issues with?

No mystery, call ARB, tell them you shocks clunk and they should replace them with the updated version.
To test crank your shock compression and rebound up. You should notice the clink go away. Then you know it’s the sho la.

I just received my Arb bp 51 , prado 150. used them for 2 weeks , rear left shock already leaking . i did find ride quality to be so stiff , was about to go in for a second adjustment , started hearing a creaking noise in the rear , checked it out , oil leak . i upgraded from ironman foam cell pros ( so far ironman shocks felt more comfortable )

20mm preset front ( bullbar + winch )
rear 889 medium springs
comp 2 reb 2
on small potholes and badly filled tarmac or sudden uneven surfaces the ride was so hard and horrible , i was going to reduce front presets to 10mm .

i cannot begin to explain how disappointed i am. i live in kenya so i am getting a full refund through amazon . i wish i went with the kings instead. il be shifting to nitro OME for now as its readily available . my ironman shocks have sagged and lost the comfort after 50000kms of hard driving and heavy corrugations .
i don't want to risk going for kings suspension as its not locally available .

Man that really sucks. I would think you made the right choice judging from where you live with going OME nitros since they're common where u are.
I'm going Toughdog... Don't see a ton of people running them here in the states but great price and they're adjustable so we'll see.

well it looks like the vendors on amazon are most likely not going to accept a return as it falls out of the 30 day return policy . i have been asked to contact ARB ( already done ) . i have seen online how good ARB is with their claims, if they are willing to send me a new shock first , and i return the leaking one after install then i may consider keeping them .
i will keep you guys posted on what happens .
