I cut out the grill, used fiberglass to fix the holes, went over it with bondo, and then sprayed it with adhesive promoter before the satin black. The grill is a metalic charcoal.

basically what treeroot did with his grill, except I mounted the mesh a little differently.

Lookin' good! Don't tell anyone but you'll run .00005 degrees cooler now too.

I left the chrome alone. THe guy at a local paint shop said to clean it really well with a scotch pad and use the bulldog adhesive promoter, then paint.

I finished de-blinging the rig today! No more gold pin stripes or gold logos on the back.

the toyota logo and 4wd decal on the back?

I used archery serving (braided fishing line would work better) to cut the adhesive tape under the logo. I painted the 4wd logo by hand, which sucked and took a while!

I think it's different since your truck is dark green.

Now only if my darn headlights would get here!!
