Hey-o! I'm talking the plumbing on the pig... redid all the clutch and brake lines, and now it's the fuel systems turn...

Cleared out the factory hard lines with compressed air, ran new rubber lines where needed, and cleaned and coated the tank. It's all installed and hooked up to the mbz engine, but no matter what I do I can't get diesel up through the line!

I cut and capped the 4 emissions lines. New rubber on the vent line. Blew into both lines on the other side of the tank. I THOUGHT the rear line was the feed and front was return, but I could be wrong. Put a vacuum on both though and neither one gave anything. There's about 2 or 3 gallons in the tank... not enough maybe?

The ID of the factory pickup tube is small like 3/16" small, it's not going to take much tank sealer to plug it enough to cause issues, just because air will pass through doesn’t mean you’ll get fuel ( Don’t ask how I know so much about this exact issue).

This is the first place I’d look.

when blowing into the tank, did you hear bubbles? you should have.
stick a wire into the tube and you'll figure out which one is the feed.
