Hi everyone.

I've yearned for a LC200 for quite some time now. I have beat around the bush for a while, justifying other vehicles because I couldn't justify the new sticker price of the LC. Now I'm seeing that I should have probably went that way from the start. After moving from a Tundra TRD PRO to a Grand Cherokee Overland, to a Wrangler JL Rubicon, I am now considering making the move to the LC.

Of course I have some studying to do in this board, but I'm wondering if there are any dealers within the continental US that are just known for having the best prices on the LC? I'd like to start my research there.

My goal for my vehicle is to be able to take road trips with my wife and daughter, while having true off-road capabilities, in a vehicle that my wife is actually willing to spend more than 1hr in (i.e. not a Wrangler). I'd also like to have enough room to sleep in, in a pinch, if necessary.

Check out @Eric Sarjeant at Ed Martin Toyota in Indy. He is active on the board and sells stock or modified Cruisers with warranty.

I had wanted and LC for years and with Wife's agreement once we moved to Texas I called all local Toyota Dealers and asked to talk to Internet sales person. I left my Name and Number with that person and said call me on any Used LC up to X # of years old with less than Y # of miles. It took about 1 year but finally got first call on 2016 coming off of 2 year Lease with 14,400 miles. I was first call negotiated price I could live with and it was mine. Their were 5 people called after me waiting for that same LC if I did not make purchase. Good used ones go fast. If you really want to be in low year low mileage get on list and be ready to drop what you are doing and go make the deal.
Note their were a lot more LX570 with low years low miles so if you can live with Lexus call all the Lexus dealers. They sell/lease about 3 to 1 ratio of LX to LC.
Good Luck.

Wow you really put the pressure on. They have a ton of LCs!!! Holy cow a $200k modified brand new LC. LOL thanks for sharing.
If I remember, Eric sells at or near invoice for stock cruisers not including the Heritage model. He also sells the extended warranty. It's a good place to start, especially if you plan on immediately modifying the truck.

Would you consider used? One of the main reasons to get a LC is to get one of the most reliable long-lasting vehicles ever made, so why new? I would get a 2013 with 80k miles on it. I have 2011 with 96k and it drives like brand new. Also, if you get a little wheeling damage you might not feel as bad.

Yes I would consider used. I think I'd want to keep it to 2017+, but you make a good point.

Go easy on the snark there. @ericsarjeant does sell essentially at invoice on stock trucks, gets a huge allotment due to his volume, and is an honest and excellent dealer. You'll be hard-pressed to do better.

That said, I bought a used 2018 awhile back after nearly finalizing a 2019 with Eric. As said above, be prepared to act quickly.

I wasn't being snarky, I was actually shocked that such a vendor exists selling modded LCs. Was a legitimate surprise.
