Did you just pop the center caps out? Was it easy to do? I like this look better than the red TRD in the middle personally.
Looks like that is exactly what he did. If you have the wheels off, the fastest way I've found is to push them out with the handle of a mallet/dead blow hammer/hammer. The wood or plastic doesn't damage anything and the little extra bit of mass of the tool makes it no drama.

You can pry the center caps out using a plastic trim tool. I painted mine black as well, Rustoleum Satin Black.

Anyone sourced recently found a decent price? I’m on the hunt for a set

I keep on hearing about deals people got on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, but I have yet to see any near me (I am in a rural part of the country though, so that may play into it).

BBS is currently the most expensive OEM wheel, at least from the Tundra OEM wheel line up. Lots of reasons why but they are not usually appreciated by most.

when Tundra came with 20” BBS wheels they were most expensive too, but RW were desired because of utility factor. 17” allows for more sidewall thickness and more options.

The 20" BBS wheel came on the previous gen Tundra unlike the RW wheel which came on the 2007+ models. Did the previous gen Tundra have a RW option?

But yeah the RW wheel is actually an expensive wheel as well and is not installed at the factory due to the fake beadlock rings complicating and slowing down the usual assembly procedures. It was a TLS or port wheel when it was offered, supplied assembled by 'Dealer Tire' I believe.

20” BBS came as option for 5x150 (current model, 2007-2013). RW is also 5x150.

RW come from factory on Rock Warrior edition.

The 20" BBS or RW never came from the factory on any 2007+ Tundra.

The RW truck was assembled with dummy wheels that got discarded later and then the RW wheel was installed either at TLS or one of the ports. Again, this is because of the complexity of those fake beadlock rings or else it would have been an "in line accessory" wheel.

I forgot about the 5X150 20" BBS wheel, my apologies. I don't know about all the port installed wheels or regional package wheels, just what is OEM that is installed on the actual factory line.

Rock Warrior was a short lived option package on second gen Tundra, from like 2009-2013 (or something like that). I just sold my 2010 Tundra TRD rock warrior.

I have a set that I bought going 17” route. Let me know if you are interested.
