New tires on stock LC200: 275/70-18

I wanted to revive this thread incase anyone was in the position I was & searching for 275/70/18 tires and considered the new Falken Wildpeak AT4W and wondered how/if they fit. Just had them fitted on my '15 and there is the slightest rub at full lock when I reverse. I have the MY '16 OEM wheels, no wheel spacers & the OEM spacer disks for reference but other than that stock. In the pictures the cruiser is sitting a little down hill, so that is the reason it looks like it has a little rake but it normally is pretty level since the install of the OEM spacer disk. As I said, I just had them installed so no real review on them yet but so far so good and I have AT3Ws on a 2020 HE & a 2009 L322 Range Rover SC and have zero complaints about them so I figured why not see how the AT4W rides. Hope this helps anyone that's on the fence!

I'll bump an 11 year old thread :)

Any other 275-70 r18 owners running the Westcott Designs leveling kit and care to post a pic?

I have a 2008 that's armored for security work. It's lifted about 2 inches and has the 275/70/18 ko2's and rubs terribly. I have been super worried about trying the same size on my stock with spacers 2011. Maybe i need swap wheels for a day and see if they will work

did it rub on the fender or the KDSS?

these fit with no rubbing on my LX, so I would assume if they touch anything it will be the KDSS.

Assuming stock offset wheels. More poke will introduce fender rub at the front and/or rear.

Yeah, im limited on tires here in Europe and there are a alot more options at 275/70 than there are at 285/60 or 65. But Europe is different with returning things. If you buy something it is usually final sale so no tire places will have a trial fitment for a special order tire.
