New rear bumper design

I got it from Profitts crusiers- in the bargin bin. I think it was made by 4+ ? It can hold my wieght (200) bouncing on it with the arm open so I think it is good to go! I also had a 2 inch piece of 1/2 inch angle welded on the outside of each swingarm so the tire and basket can not swing open and smash the tail lights- at full open each side has a 1/2 inch gap

Really nice work on your bumper. Can I ask you how you bent the square tubing at the top of the ladder so nicely? I've been wanting to fab a ladder out of square tube for some time.

Scored a basket and mounted it up- ready for summer! Wanted to make my own and it is big (4cans) but for $50, why not!

You're right that's a 4plus basket. It's specifically sized to accept the ARB 30
or 40 quart fridge
