Picked up a 2000 Lexus LX470 for my son. I looked at the LX and GX platforms a few years ago for myself, but could not convince myself to get rid of my truck. This is my first 100 series and quickly becoming my favorite. I'm not new to 4x4's or Toyota products. I daily a 2017 Tacoma TRD OR and have a 1989 Mitsubishi Montero that I wheel. Looking forward to getting this thing back to its former glory. 2000 with 175K on it. Timing belt and water pump was done 4 years ago at 150K miles so Im good there. Spent this weekend taking all the seats and carpet out and cleaning the interior. AHC/Suspension is next on the list.

If the AHC is working well, I would vote to keep it. It ride so well with AHC. Like you, I have a 2018 Taco TRD Pro Taco (Cavalry Blue) that was my daily driver until I got the LX. Now the truck just sits there, covered in pollen because the LX is getting all the attention right now.

I struggle all the time with not driving my 100 every minute of every day.
