Photos of a recent install. This is in an early-floor 60, but other than the height of the seat risers, the carpet is otherwise the same. We've been very pleased with the fit, finish, "correctness," and color match!

are you doing carpet for the cards at the bottom of the doors as well?

Very interested! Love the texture. How long do you see these carpets being available?

I can't believe how good this looks for that price. I seriously doubt a local seamstress or upholstery guy could compete.

:hmm:

Carpet is available, in bulk, for the bottom of the door panels and the rear panels. It is not cut-to-fit, but that should be easy enough. Please take a look at how the carpet attaches to the panels, as I'm not sure about the procedure to make that work. I have sold bulk carpet to others for that very reason, but no one has responded on how they did it.

Thanks,
David

I’d like to buy a complete carpet. I have a grey 9190 62 with a HT55 set up so I guess I need an 87. 60 setup, correct. How do I order?

Hey, thanks for the inquiry. Go to the first post of this thread, and it will provide you with all of the information you'll need to order.

Thanks again, and I look forward to helping you totally transform the interior appearance of your truck!

PM sent. Also, where did you get the stripey upholstery in that image of the front?
t it. Also, the striped interior you see in the photos was standard in FJ60s up until, I think, late 1986. Anyone out there able to verify my time table on that (my '86 has that interior, and I'm pretty sure the '87s had the same interior as the 62s.........someone else may be able to pinpoint it better than me. @beno?)

Does this carpet kit come with all of the factory located jute padding already glued to the carpet? I'm told it does but just want to be sure.

Also, can you swap for 62 wheel wells? Doing the shoulder belt seat belt conversion.

Anyone looking to offload their old carpet that is in decent condition? I have an internal cage and 5 point sests. I would hate to cut up a brand new set in case I botch it.

@joebattle1 you wrote: Does this carpet kit come with all of the factory located jute padding already glued to the carpet? I'm told it does but just want to be sure. Yes, and no. The jute padding comes with the set, but only the front part is glued to the carpet. The cargo area padding comes loose in the box. Also, while not required, I always recommend taking the carpet-out opportunity to add additional sound/heat insulation to the floor....something like Dynamat, etc. I figure, if the carpet's already out, why not go ahead and do it!

Also, can you swap for 62 wheel wells? Doing the shoulder belt seat belt conversion. The wheel well carpeting is just an extra, and I believe the 60 and 62 carpet for those is the same.

Sent you a pm to order carpet for my FJ62 in brown.

NOTE: PRICE REDUCTION!

As I have increased my 6x series sales volume, the manufacturer has increased my discount %; therefore, since I'm doing this as a hobby / to help the Cruiser community, I'm passing along the savings they're giving me.

If you've been wanting to order carpet for your 60 and/or 62, now's the time!

The new price is $330 + shipping!!! Folks, that's CHEAP.....ESPECIALLY for what you get!
Ask anyone who has ordered and installed this carpet. It's the most transformative thing you can do to the interior! Ordering instructions are in the first post of this thread
