New GX460 Member – ICON Suspension – SoCal

New member from SoCal with a GX460 currently running ICON suspension. Still dialing it in and chasing a small front-end squeak.


Joined to learn more, get input from experienced GX owners, and continue building it the right way.

Welcome to the forum!
As one who had Icon suspension for the past 6 years, I was done with having to rebuild my reservoir shocks every 2 years, I swapped out to Bilsteins that will last about 80k miles.
If you go to my build thread at post #4 you can see my build components including the Icon shocks I had. They're a great feeling shock on and off the road, but having to rebuild them about every 15,000 miles was getting to be too expensive. R²M 2013 GX 460 Overland Build
