A how to?

Grind on the old rivets from the front using the original plate to protect the door.

Pull off door and punch rivets out.

IF the holes are to tight then drill them out a 1/32 each

Lay it on with all 4 rivets pushed in by hand and plate MUST NOT be bowed.

Then use rivet gun to install them.

Done.

I have been down for a week with kidney issues and have no energy.

No problems...whenever you get to it. Serious issues? I hope not. I've done two rounds with kidney stones...I only wish those on my worst enemies!!

These are SWEET!! Do you do any custom work? I need a smaller plate that I might not even put on my glovebox door. But it has to be for a Dana20 Twin-Stix. I have a blurry photo here:

Could you do this? It doesn't need to be multi-color.

No big deal, no rush either. Just wondering if you could replicate this.

Jay, do you need the decal? I could do that, it would take some time. but can be done.

I do the ones for the ICON with the atlas, but not cost effective.

I may have a few left, I did a bunch for TLc. mine are with the stock transfer case or Atlas twin stick as seen on the ICON's

Cool. I am sure that Georg would be interested in a few of these for his stash/stock as he installs the H55F twin-stick setups from time-to-time. Will be at the shop next week and ask.

If you make a run of these plates, I will let you take the HDJ-45 out for a spin once it is done. I am sure we will run into one another at some event in the next few years. 1HD-FT + H55F + twin-stick 4:1 splitcase in a 45 is going to be epic. I can't wait to drive it myself.
