New ARB Bumper Install - how to remove this…

Pulled off the original bumper and based on the really poor quality instruction photos, I’m assuming this bracket most come off, but have no idea how to get them off.

Nope. They stay. Thank goodness.

My bottom tabs have both been cut. I bought the car like this and I couldn't understand why the bottom tabs are missing on both sides.
I was going to weld some plates back on where they have been cut for extra strength!
Mine is a 1989 HJ61.
