The 12k winch plate is deeper so it will protrude out a bit further to accommodate the larger winch, but the winch mounting bolt holes are the same measurements from 8k -16k.

I am in the same boat. I was told he had all but one back from powdercoating for the Phoenix area group pickup and they would be ready to ship soon. Well It's been 2+ weeks since I was told that, and I am not getting any responses to emails. I have a memorial day trip planned and was counting on having this. Multiple emails over the past 2 weeks and no responses. I understand he puts out a great product, and this is a big order to full-fill, but customer service still means something. I think there has been enough time considering this was a run of similar products. Hopefully he will chime in and give us some ideas

Having been to his shop several times I can tell you they run a small operation. They don't have a group of people dedicated to answering phones and responding to emails. Luke does all that. And lots of times he's out on the floor working on stuff wit the guys. I know, not the answer you guys wanna hear but all I can say is you have nothing to worry about. Things might not be as timely as you had hoped but a big group buy really slams a small shop with so many orders to do all at once.

Don't know the answer, but the first 4 landed in Mesa Monday. None are powder coated. All have been picked up by owners. May be multiple shipments? John
