Hi all. My next line drawing will be from the inside of an early model FJ40 (this angle might be hard to take in a 45 unless the back window is out?) with the ribbed dashboard (1967 and older?) and I have been scouring the Internet and Mud for a picture. I don't know enough about these earlier models to understand whether what I am finding is original. I need your help.

I need something like what I found below on Spector Offroad's website, but lower. I want the entire windshield in the frame with just a touch of hood showing so that I can draw that awesome trim on the hood. The problem that I am finding is that I have no idea what a factory dashboard looks like. It's been 40 years since I was inside of one this old, and this one doesn't look right. It is missing the heater, it doesn't have a column shifter, and it appears to be missing the 4x4 vacuum shifter on the dash.

If you have one, please post a factory picture from this era. I am open to FJ45LV pictures from the inside, too. The FJ45LV is my dream car (don't tell my FJ40!)

They're no oem heaters for the era....the heaters were dealer installed aftermarket units.
Hood and fenders not visible from that vantage point.
