Convert your 2f to use a 4 bbl carb or a throttle body intake like Fitech, etc.

Never used. Looks to be in good condition. No cracks, etc.

$275 plus shipping.

What is under the adapter plate?

Call me on this please.

It's not so much as an adapter plate as it is just removable. The entire manifold is made for a 4 bbl carb

How much shipping to 75032

Holley makes a really neat/small 4 barrel carburetor, it's a Holley 390 cfm with auto elec. choke and vacuum secondaries- - -will outperform a factory carb, and no doubt out mpg a factory carb. Ebay #373398834025 is a rebuilt (that actually looks rebuilt) for $590.00. Ebay #224195542215 is a rebuilt that does not look so much rebuilt for $300.00. Both have high postage charges, but that carb will fit into a "medium flat rate" box at about $14.35 postage if the seller will get the postal box from the P.O. for you. Holley also makes a 450 cfm as well with the same features, you might take a gander at them on ebay.

Wonder if a 500 CFM carb would be too much? I’ve had reliability and other tuning issues with every Holley carb I’ve ever had, so I’m unlikely to go that route again. Edelbrock has a small 500 cfm electric choke performer model in the +/-$400 range that looks interesting.

On day one Downey Off Road Mfg. sold Holley 500 2 barrels, they were too much carburetion, we had to jet them down and power valve them down (i.e. make them smaller carburetor). Shortly after day one we began selling Holley 350 2 barrels, already perfectly jetted and power valved directly from Holley. Sooooo, I'm not liking your 500 cfm idea.
