Friday, @Green Hell Mustang and I dove into fixing Franks Pulseing Brake Pedal. I couldn't of done it with out him.
Installed the following parts:
Also, set the hubs to 10 ft lbs on the inside nut and 47 ft lbs on the outside nut.
- Driver and Passenger Beck/Arnley Calipers ( OEM Castings)
- EBC 6000 Green Pads
- Slee's SS brake lines (7)
- Aisin Master Cylinder
- New Dot4 Brake fluid.
- Machined Rotors
Yes, stops better and smooth now. I didn't realize how bad it had actually got. Pedal is still a little more spongey that I would prefer, but I think another bleeding session will fix that.Did all that fix it?![]()
Agreed. When I get my core deposit back for the front, I am going to order the rear. We've got to do the back brakes next. That will most likely help the pedal sponginess. Thankfully those are easy to do.
Here’s the paint code. I had a local Napa mix it. I bet you could order it in a rattle can.Forgive me if I missed it, but what paint did you use on your bumper? All my Lexus tupperware is pretty beat and I would love to just rattle can it.
